As of June 9th, Marijuana has been decriminalized in Thailand, making it the first Asian country to do so. Though this isn't full legalization yet, this is a promising step forward. In recent news, a bill in D.C. that stops employers from firing employees for failing marijuana drug-tests has passed. This means marijuana using employees are more protected. There are exceptions though, for instance, an employee an still be fired for consuming marijuana at work.
